South High Presents Rogers & Hammerstein’s "Oklahoma!"

Cast, crew and faculty involved in the South High musical production

South High School will present the musical Oklahoma! on Friday, Nov. 18, and Saturday, Nov. 19. Both performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Ruel E. Tucker South High auditorium, 341 Lakeville Road.

Set in the American West over 100 years ago, Oklahoma! tells the story of high-spirited farmers, cowboys, and peddlers on the great frontier. Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, are at the center of this tale with a “will they” or “won’t they” love story. Enjoy such memorable songs as “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning,” “The Surrey with the Fringe on Top,” and “Oklahoma!”

General admission tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children, students, and senior citizens (65+). Tickets can be purchased online at www.showtix4u.com/event-details/67531. For additional information, visit the Theatre South website or call 516-441-4873.
