    GNPS/TV programming reflects the offerings of the Great Neck Public Schools and the achievements of its students and staff. Programs may be viewed within the incorporated villages of Great Neck on Optimum Channel 75 and on Verizon Fios Channel 32. Programs are also available on-demand, 24/7, on the GNPS/TV web page.

    Community Ed Fall/Winter 2019-2020 

    The Great Neck Public Schools Community Ed Fall/Winter 2019-2020 catalog is now available. The catalog has been mailed to residents, and it is also available to view on our website.

    Registration and Information - Community Ed classes meet at the Cumberland Adult Center, 30 Cumberland Ave., Great Neck (one block south of Northern Blvd., off Lakeville Rd.).     The GNPS Registration Office is now accepting online registration applications

     

    Nonresidency

    The District works diligently to ensure that only students who reside within our community attend our schools. To report a suspected case of nonresidency, please contact the Registration Office by phone (441-4080), email, or via a new online nonresidency form. All communications will be held in strict confidence.

  • North Middle Winter Concert Series

    North Middle School will host Winter Concerts on Monday, Dec. 9, and Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m. in the Daniel J. Tomaselli Auditorium, 77 Polo Road. The concerts are free and the public is invited to attend.

  • South Middle Winter Concerts and Art Show

    The South Middle School Music Department is proud to present Winter Concerts on Tuesday, Dec. 10, and Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium, 349 Lakeville Rd. Concerts are free and each lasts about an hour.

    The Mental Health Association of Nassau Country will present "Mental Health & Wellness 101" at North High on Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. This event is co-sponsored by the Great Neck Chinese Association, SHAI, and the UPTC.

  • South High Winter Concert I

    The South High School Winter Concert I is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 12 at 7:30 p.m. in the school's Ruel E. Tucker auditorium, 341 Lakeville Road. The concert is free of charge and the public is welcome to attend.
